omschrijvingRoyal Marines sword. The hilt consists of a gilt-metal stirrup guard with lion's-head pommel and back-piece- and a reeded ivory grip. The blade is curved- blued and gilt for half its length. The scabbard is missing. This sword is part of the Spinney Collection which includes- in total- sixteen swords- five dirks and three pistols (AAA3114 (pair) and 3115).
