| omschrijving | A white glazed porcelain plate from the Russian Imperial yacht 'Standart' 1896. Painted in colour on the rim of the plate is the Russian Imperial Standard for use at sea. The crowned initial and date 'N 1913' is painted on the base, referring to Nicholas II (1868-1918). The plate was brought to Great Britain by Stanislaus Niewerowski, who commanded the imperial yacht from 1895-1914.
