omschrijving | Interior of the passenger liner 'Aquitania' (1914): the First Class Dining Saloon (Louis XVI Restaurant) on the Upper Deck (D Deck), decorated by P. H. Rémon & Sons, Paris.
Detail of one of the decorative paintings on the funnel casings showing the Belvédère (also called Pavillon du Rocher) in the gardens of the Petit Trianon at Versailles. It was built by Mique in 1778–80, and decorated by Jean-Jacques Lagrenée. The painting is framed by architectural elements to create a trompe l'oeil effect.
